Ciara works as the Program and Community Engagement Coordinator at The Bailey Foundation. Her background as a client relations specialist and training manager with over 20 years of experience has brought great value to our organization. She caters to major companies and nonprofits. Ciara has spent her professional career hiring, training, and mentoring young professionals to reach their highest potential. Ciara grew up in St. Louis City and County and saw the needs of the community head-on. Working with The Bailey Foundation has given her the ability to create permanent structural change within these communities and reconnect with those across the St. Louis Area.

Ciara aspires to be a positive influence to younger underprivileged generations guiding them to change their future through education, financial freedom, and emotional support. Ciara's long-term goal is to become a policymaker to encourage positive change and growth in the community.
